The main problems for the boilers are agglomeration, slagging, fouling, caustic embrittlement, fatigue failure and high temperature corrosion.

Another problem is- Boiler leaks

Leaks can be an annoyance because not only  they cause water destruction to a house, but water can also cause electrical components in and around the boiler to malfunction.
