As of now nothing can be predicted about reopening of colleges as cases are increasing rapidly in cities like Mumbai, Delhi, and students are the topmost priority of government, to not to risk the lives of students by reopening schools or colleges, so seeing the current situation we cannot say if the Colleges will reopen anytime soon.
