Generally No, it is not there as it is said to be 100% ragging-free. Honestly, a realistic figure would be at 95-96% ragging-free. There are separate blocks for all the year students to prevent ragging as also seniors aren't allowed in juniors blocks so this allows them to breathe freely. But it may vary NIT to NIT.
