In my opinion Ramanujan will be best for the following reason:

1. It has well educated professors who posses a lot of experience.
2. There are many societies of which you can be part as per your interest.
3. It's new building is almost ready for the new batch.
4. Last but not the least is that it is a budding Delhi university college which is working day and night for the betterment of the quality of education it provides.
