Please specify for what website and for which course or exam form you're creating an account so that you may get help from our side. However, try the forgot password option, they will send you the link on your registered email ID or OTP on your registered phone number.

Reset password wala option dikha raha hai usme v kar rahe hai par change nai ho raha hai
