Hey qamer!

Nope there is need not to worry regarding pen color as i have read in clat instructions which stated that you may use blue or black any pen...only the thing is your signature should be clearly visible...n apart from this i have contacted to my teacher's too( at my coaching centre) and they told me that there are no issues..regarding colour of pens...!!
