There are a number of State better to say most of the State counselling do not have a State domicile criteria. Rather they want syudstud who have done their MBBS from that particular state. Other requirements include:-

1) Candidate must be registered with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.

2) has completed their Rotatory Internship on or before 31st March, 2019.

States like Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Maharashtra etc have this opportunity.
