You have to pay only once and you can check your chances as many times as your wish. GATE College Predictor 2020 will be valid till the admission process is over.

I tried to avail the service but after payment i was landed in the page with message. "A scheduled maintenance activity is underway. We apologize and promise we'll be back very soon!". Does the service works.
