The security deposit for deemed university is 2lakhs while that of central universities and all india quota is 10000.

Since you have registered for deemed university counselling, then you have paid higher of the two fees.

So thats enables you to select colleges from both deemed as well as government colleges.

So Yes its possible to participate even in the counselling for government seats.
