By "repeater" I am assuming that you're talking about repeating class 12th. There are still plenty of options opened to you like,

Engineering - you can enrolled into any of the private engineering college accross the country and for government college, you can get admission into NITs and IITs but as jee only allows two attempts so you can only appear once that is just after your 12th exams moreover your need to fulfil their eligibility criteria. 

BCA/BBA/Bcom - You can easily get admission admission into some very good colleges that offer you these courses but you need to have a good percentile in your 10+2 in order to get admission.

Else if you want to keep it simple you can enrolled yourself into any diploma course, many good colleges provide you with some descent diploma courses.
