I would like to give you the list require documents before filing up your NEET application form.

• You need to have 10th class mark sheet
• And 12th class mark sheet
• Scanned copy of candidates passport-sized photograph
• Scanned copy of candidates signature
• Scanned copy of postcard size photograph
• Scanned copy of left-hand thumb impression
• Valid ID proof

Also they have certain eligibility criteria.
