Choosing a specialisation is completely on your choice and interest .

If you think you are the one who can pursuade the buyers to buy their products , you should go for marketing.

If you think you can be the one who can take the decisions regarding the funds and wealth of the company, you should go for finance.

If you think you can manage people well ,you must go for HR.

Hence , you should go for the field which suits your personality .
