Each candidate must meet the NEET eligibility requirements, which outline the requisite percentile, nationality, age restriction, etc. to appear for the test.
By December 31, 2022, students must be 17 years old.
Candidates must have passed the Class 12 entrance test with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as their four required courses.
Candidates for the general category must have received a minimum of 45% in their overall score, while candidates for SC, ST, and OBC must have received a minimum of 40%.

Unfortunately not. See, the criteria for giving National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET is that either you should have given and passed your class XIIth examination from any recognized board, or should give the examination in the same year as the year of giving NEET. But, since you have not passed XIIth examination and neither will give it this year, so you cannot give NEET before your class XIIth examination.
