For your VITEEE 2021 Rank you can only get Non-IT branches atleast in round 2 or round 3 as your rank belongs to Category 4 where you need to pay Rs. 2.5 Lakhs extra very year for 4 years. This analysis is based on previous year's cut-offs. They may vary from year to year. Cutoffs varies from year to year and may depend on my factors.
