MEPL class has a good review for CA Foundation classes . I haven't taking any coaching for CA foundation personally but my friends had taken CA foundation classes from MEPL and all of them have passed with flying colours. However, I would suggest you to do self study for Foundation as the ICAI material is the key to getting passed in foundation exam and if you devote sufficient time to ICAI material you can clear your exams with flying colours. Moreover a lot of free lectures are available on youtube so you can refer to that as well.
