Hope you are doing well, here lies the answer to your question

The rough figure of marks to get a rank of nearly 400 is 280-300 above as per the present day competition strategy keeping in mind ST Category. And moreover, it will be more beneficial to you if you get more than 300. Coming to the percentile for ST category to get 400 rank you need to get around 95 or above percentile.
