As per  2k19 ,  the online application process for  RRB  is begin in Jan 2 2k19 and the last date for online application is  31 Jan 2k19.

For general category  it worth  ₹ 500  in fill up online application but another category it worh ₹ 250.

As per RRB Alp and technology  starting date is 3rd Feb 2k19 and last date 31st March and will be done In online mode.

Railway JE 2019 Online Application Starts From2nd January 2019

Railway JE 2019 Application Form Last Date31st January 2019

RRB JE CBT Exam Date (Tentative)April or May.

So the last date of application is close now.
