If the final submission date for RTE admission is not over yet, then you can still apply. RTE seats are given only through te official online portal, so make sure you complete the form, upload the required documents and submit it before the deadline. Once the final date passes, new applications are usually not accepted, so it's better to apply as soon as possible to avoid missing your chance.
