To apply for RTE (Right to Education) admission, follow these general steps:

1. Visit your State Government’s official RTE admission website. Each state has a separate online portal for RTE applications.

2. Register on the portal using your mobile number and basic details.

3. Fill in the online application form with the child’s details such as name, date of birth, parent’s information, address, income details, and category (if applicable).

4. Upload required documents like:

   • Birth certificate

   • Address proof

   • Income certificate

   • Caste certificate (if applicable)

   • Aadhaar card (if required)

5. Select nearby schools from the available list.

6. Submit the form and download/print the application receipt.

After submission, wait for the lottery result (selection list) announced by the education department. If selected, complete document verification at the allotted school within the given time.
