Then get a proof of the complainant. , then write a letter to the head of the school on behalf of the candidate, informing the school authorities about the same. Also mention in the same letter that you wish to apply for a duplicate certificate. Download the application form from the website of the board and fill in the details. Then deposit all the documents and the letter at the regional centre of the WB Board
