The answer is b)both the atria are completely filled with blood

Whenever the atria are completely filled with blood then both the atria are contracted,it leads to stimulation of SA node which leads to the generation of cardiac impulse from atria to ventricle through AV node,bundle of his,purkinje fibers,ventricular muscles(myocardium).
