Dear student,

Even AIIMS appoint BAMS doctors and salary is worth 90k + accommodation for junior medical officer where as it is 1 lakh 20k for senior medical officer. The salary is less incase of NRHM n NUHM n I.e around 30–35k initially. Apart from this, if one goes for lectureship the salary is often good i.e more than 50k initially in govt colleges. There is future and scopes in BAMS if someone read n take Ayurveda seriously.
