Hello aspirant,

If your school doesn't have the NCC training for class 12th students, then you can enroll for the senior or junior division to the Officer Commander at the nearest NCC unit.

A student desirous of being enrolled in the Senior Division shall apply to the Officer Commanding of the nearest NCC Unit ; while a student desirous of being enrolled in the Junior Division should apply to the Headmaster/Principal of the school in the prescribed form.

Further, The NCC course is available in both junior as well as senior wings. The students of the 9th to 12th class can join NCC in junior wings , and students after 12th can participate in high wings.

Further the eligibility criteria for NCC candidates is as follows : (a) Candidate must be a Citizen of India . (b) Candidate must be enrolled in an educational institution. (d) Candidate must be physically fit to meet the prescribed medical standards.

I hope that this will help.
