Registration for SAT Exam can be done at https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/sat ,you need to visit the site, create your account, provide personal information, creating student profile , filling in the application form, booking for the date of the test and test centre  uploading the photo and eventually you have to provide the test fee.
