I am here to help you with your question. As your goal is to become a mobile app developer. It is better to join CSE in B-Tech and after that, you can do any specialization course in Mobile app development.

Saikumar if you join CSE then you will get aware of app development it will be a part of your curriculum. You can prefer Xaramin, Android studio for mobile apps and JAVA plays an important role in app development.
