I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but there's no college which prepare for neet examination as neet is an entrance exam and colleges only prepares you for your 10+2 examination and not neet examination. If you want to prepare for neet exam then you will have to rely on either on your self study or coaching institute.

To prepare well for neet examination ,you should first go through the theory part well as to solve questions you need crystal clear concepts and concepts come from theory , and after finishing each chapter you should practice numericals and mcqs and keep revising your concepts whenever you feel like you are for getting some concepts , you can make a routine as well and try to give at least 8-10 hours or more to study , your routine should revolve around study, revise and practice . You should make a list of important definitions, important formulas, in chemistry and physics and important diagrams, facts , concepts in biology etc. and you can brush them up weekly. You can make mind maps, flow charts for memory based topics while studying the chapters and these will help you a lot during your revision . You should practise numericals and mcqs , go through past 39 year chapterwise papers of neet aipmt book for each of Physics, Chemistry and Biology by arihant and once you are done with the syllabus of both class 11 and 12th i.e the complete neet syllabus go through mock test papers.
