Chances very low for all good colleges in Mumbai.

However your last hope under Gujarati Linguistics Minority quota is with KJ Somaiya Sion and Shah&Anchor for Electronic and It engineering streams.

Som eother college outside Mumbai with decentchances are:

GH raisoni college of engineering
MIT Pune
New horizon institute of technology
Datta meghe college of engineering
Terna engineering college.
