SEBC stands for socially and economically backward classes and OBC stands for other backward classes.

Both the categories are inter-linked. However, both of the terms are used inter-changeably and about 27% of the provision is applicable for both the categories.

Moreover, it also depends which exam or college you are applying for because the eligibility and admission criteria varies accordingly
