see i want to give isc supplementary exam (not Improvement) next year then will i have to redo all my projects and Practicals. ?

As you want to give ISC supplementary exam next year, then you won't have to redo all the projects and practicals if you passed in them.

Generally, redoing projects and practicals are not required for giving supplementary exam (theory) but kindly once verify with your school for the same (exceptional case exist).
