For neet revision if don't have your own notes I would recommend to use BIOLOGY NCERT as most important thing biology revision.
And for physics and chemistry you can watch various channels on YouTube which provide free content for revision,
Watch the videos and make notes if possible .
Solve previous year questions and learn and try to memorise the answer explainaion.
You can also buy books like PMT capsule for Biology last minute revison point
Revise formulas of physics and chemistry
