Hello,

No, the merit list of NDA is totally made on the basis of marks score in the entrance exam.
You 12 marks has nothing to do with the merit list.
You just need to pass your 12th, even appearing candidates can also apply.The inly eligibility is that your age should not exceed 19.5 months.
