Congratulations for your marks. SGSITS, Indore and HBTU, Kanpur both the colleges are good. Since, you want comparison between them, I will help you in that.
The fees for BE Computer Science Engineering in SGSITS, Indore has lower fees than HBTU, Kanpur. There are 90 seats in SGSITS, Indore whereas 60 seats in HBTU, Kanpur so you can apply for SGSITS college as there are more chances of you getting a seat. But, if you want government college then try for HBTU, Kanpur as this is a government college. It depends on what basis you are comparing.

Hbtu is a government college where as sgsits is a autonomus private college (approved by UCG) , it will be better if you go for HBTU Kanpur.
The placments are basically better in government colleges than any other private college.
Overall rating is also better for HBTU than SGSITS.
Now, its totally upto you..
