Yes, You can apply for both at the same time. It totally depends upon your choice too. Choose the one which is at higher rank in your priority list.

You can surely apply but have to choose one but yes its a good decision for a backup option. But prefer neet pg more as a md or ms degree is much more valuable to a doctor.
