Yes, you shall study two degree courses at the same time if you wish to. As announced in the National Education Policy-2020, the new guidelines of UGC allows students to pursue two courses at the same time, either in physical or online mode. Both the full-time programmes can be taken up in physical mode, if the student wishes to,  provided class timings do not overlap. It is also mentioned in the guidelines that the cour ses can be taken from the same university or from different universities.
