Also there is Document Verification where you ll have to go the nearest allocated Verification centre for getting your documents verified.Make sure you don't miss any important documents like caste certificate,income certificate,rank card etc etc..you will be given a help centre as per your allotted rank and centre. It's not necessary to go for any counseling help Centre if you are clear about what you want to Study an dour rank is fair enough. But if you are not clear it is advisable to go for education fair which are free for students. There are many educational fairs being organized these days.
