Raj, you haven't mentioned the Candidates Category and the State that she holds the domicile of. But in States like UP, Kerala, Bihar, Odisha, a seat in Government Medical Colleges is difficult. There are chances for Government Quota seats in Private Medical Colleges. These are approximately 10 lakhs. But if you are enquiring about Private Medical Colleges of other States, she can only try for Management Quota seats. These will be in the budget that you are quoting. But again these seats are also filled through Counselling. Karnataka is a State where she might have a decent chance in. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year.
