Well both the courses are efficient in their own way.
CS deals with balancing the application and theory dealing with aspects of computing and software Management.
And IT sector is for storage , security and protection of computer databases,to design complex and innovative networks.
An aspirant should choose accordingly.

both are on and the same thing thee only difference is that in IT you will have subjects more related to cloud computing but in computer you will not have cloud computing , computer teaches bith hardware and software and in It there is only software , there is no major difference between the two
