SIES is a good college for marketing and Chetana is good for finance.

At 86% in cmat, you'll definitely get a call for their pgdm programs, inviting you for gdpi and further admission rounds.

SIES has a reservation (51% seats) for Tamil Linguistic Minority so if you belong to a Tamil Linguistic Minority you can apply in sies has you'll have good chances to get into it for other candidates, if you've an excellent profile & performed great in gdpi process only then you'll get into SIES.

In chetana there is no such reservation. All students have equal chances to get into it. If your profile is decent or excellent, you can easily get chetana college for pgdm.
