Should i do bcom programme from shaheed bhagat singh evening or bcom (hons) from br ambedkar college?

I prefer you to choose Shaheed Bhagat Singh evening college over BR Ambedkar college. It has impressive rating of 4.2/5. The infrastructure is said to be satisfactory according to the needs of the students. The faculty encourages the students to both academics and extra curricular activities.
