Yes ,you can do Charted Account (CA) and graduation parallelly after completion of 12th it is depends upon you and how to manage time because CA is the top most course where you will give more attention in CA its not mean you will not give attention in BCom ,so you should prepare a schedule accordingly where you can get more benefited for both.
