Yes you should definitely study further not for salaries even after your mtech you might not get a salary equals to that of computer science student qualified form leading institute but though further studies will definitely help you to earn more and more as knowledge= money. And further study will get valuable when you pursue it from leading institute like iits or any foreign institute.
