Hi Nikita,
Yes definitely you can start your after 12th.

Eligiblity Criteria :

You should have completed your 12th(science stream) or it's equivalent from a recognised board & have 50% marks in physics & maths.
You must be 18 years to take the commercial pilot licence (private pilot : 17 years)

Fees around 30lakh for every instute. Time period depends on the institute. It duration almost 1-1.6 years.
