You might not need to drop a can year. You can try for civil engineering in IIT Bhubaneswar. You can also try for chemical engineering and civil engineering in IIT Gandhinagar. Chemical science and technology, engineering physics and biotechnology engineering is also something that you can try for in IIT Guwahati. Check out the link below:
