The difficulty level in MHT CET question papers will be similar to JEE Main for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.So, if you prepare for your JEE Main exam you can perform well in your MHT CET exam.Also JEE main exam's results are considered for admission in many colleges.If you want an admission in a college outside Maharashtra,JEE Main's results will be useful for you.So,it would be better to focus on your JEE exam preparation.

JEE Mains Exam is considered as one of the toughest competitive entrance exams. If you focus more on JEE mains, you can easily crack MHT CET. Basically, if you want in good colleges across India, you have to answer JEE mains and if you want to get admission in college of your state, you require MHT CET marks. So, if you are completely prepared for JEE, you can definitely do better in MHT CET. Try solving previous years question papers as well to get a brief idea about the paper pattern.
