If you are interested in programming then cse is the best course for you. From high paying jobs to abroad jobs it has best scope  .

Anyway choose which interests you only

The choice should depend on the fact that whether you are interested in Civil Engineering or Computer Science Engineering. If you atre interested in Civil Services, construction and environment related issues then you should choose civil engineering otherwise if you are interested in Computer programming and computer related fields then you should choose CSE.
