Hope you are doing well, As you are asking about Kcet Seat allotment procedure, after your seat is alloted by kea in first round counselling, you have to pay the kea fees before the deadline given by kea. When you get your desired college seat, then the college fee has to be paid separately (to the college), when you report to the college after downloading the admission order.
