Yes you can go to the round 2 if you are not satisfied with the college that has been alotted to you. But for that you have to go for the floating option . As soon as you select the floating option some amount of money will be deducted from your counselling fees and you will have no right on you previous seat alotted to you in first round. Just wait for the 2nd round results than.

Yes, It is compulsory to pay the fees..

First of all you have to freeze or not freeze the seat according to your choice..

Not freeze means your seat will be secured in the college which you got in first round and can apply for the next round.. Freeze means you have accepted the seat and wishes not to try in further rounds..

So if you want to go to next round then not freeze the seat.. Pay the fees online.. Print the receipt which appears after paying the fees.. The receipt will be required in the ARC Center..

I suggest to go in ARC Center till 10 am with all the original documents and the receipt...
