Whether you register for both COMEDK and UNI GAUGE or any one is depends upon in which college you want to go as there are some different colleges available in UNI GAUGE exam which are not in available in COMEDK exam.You can find the list of colleges on official site of COMEDK.

I would suggest you to go for COMEDK only as most of the best colleges comes under COMEDK.
