You get the admission in top colleges with this percentile .Your percentile is enough to get admission in top colleges.According to my opinion You don't do drop one more year.You  give JEE main so you are eligible for the Jossa counselling,Do your JOSSA counselling and firstly fill those colleges in which you think to take admission. Josaa counselling is started from 6 Oct 2020.
