Your query is not very clear and subjective to one's interest. if you have been initially allotted a seat in first or second round then you have other three options:

• Accept the seat and exit from the further counselling process
• Accept the seat and choose float option which makes you eligible for allotment of any higher preferred choice in next rounds.
• Accept the seat and choose slide which makes you eligible for upgrade in the allotted branch at the same institute.

So if you choose either of the second or third options there would be no effect on your initially allotted seat and if you are upgraded to any higher preference you can easily withdraw from the previous one. So you should definitely wait for all 6 rounds to end as you would get the same set of options every time you are alloted a new seat.
